  3. It is your responsibility to prevent unauthorised access to your spa/hot tub. Make sure the spa cover is securely fastened when the spa is not in use. Although the cover locks and clips down there is NO GUARANTEE that this will prevent access to your spa.
  4. In the winter months, the heat pump must be left on to stop any freezing of the pipes. Any damage caused due to frost you will be liable for.
  5. Any damage caused to the hot tub/cinema screens or any equipment we have hired you will need to be paid for in full to the cost of repair or full replacement if unrepairable. Failure to pay for damages will be pursued in the small claims court. If insurance is taken out, most damaged is covered, as long as the damage was not due to misuse and carelessness.
  6. No more than the allowed limit of adults in the tub at any one time.
  7. We are not responsible for any changes in the weather conditions that may affect your overall experience of the hire.
  8. Make sure to limit the time spent when using the hot tub as long exposures to warm temperatures can cause high body temperature, so always use with caution. Symptoms may include nausea, dizziness, fainting, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a spa may be hazardous to your health.
  9. Spa water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For any young children, it is advised to have lower water temperatures of 37°C or below. Always check with your doctor.
  10. Consult your doctor before using your spa, especially if you suffer from diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly. Always consult your doctor if you have any concerns, we will not be liable for any mistreatment or abuse.
  11. We will show you how to maintain the water and also keep it clear. If you do not adhere to our instructions and the water ends up dirty which blocks up the filter, we will not be held responsible for the hot tub not working properly and cutting out. If you have blocked the hot tub we can fix the issue if a team member is available for a £40 call out charge plus travel costs.
  12. It is your responsibility to take care of all the accessories that you have hired with the spa and make sure they do not get damaged. We will be providing you with all the correct chemicals to make sure the water is safe and clean in the hot tub, instructions for this are provided. It is your responsibility to make sure the water is safe during your hot tub hire.
  13. Any injury, illness or death that occurs from misuse of chemicals or contaminated water will not be the responsibility of All Seasons Leisure Hire. It is the full responsibility of the hirer to ensure the chemicals, water and hot tub are maintained at a safe level at all times.
  14. Please do not use the hot tub if you are a user of fake tan products. This will damage the hot tub and will also block the filter. You will be liable for any damage due to using a fake tan.
  15. Make sure to cover the hot tub with the cover provided when the heating function is turned on.  Leaving the hot tub fully uncovered when it is heating will mean the hot tub will take a lot longer to get to the temperature that you desire.
  16. We take NO responsibility should the hot tub not heat in time.
  17. We kindly ask not to wear jewellery in the hot tubs, especially earrings as these can cause punchers to the material.
  18. The hot tub must be fully emptied of water by the time of collection. Failure to empty the hot tub of water will incur a £40 service charge.
  19. It’s the hirer’s responsibility to make sure the electrics and wiring in the hirer’s house are up to the standard of the current UK regulations.
