On the day: of the hire, we come to either your house, business or venue, and we will set up the gazebo, put the weights on and ideally tie the gazebo down to the ground or any suitable item from walls that let us secure it to.
You all set up your gazebo and are ready for the event, so you can party the night away or get your corporate event up and running.
Day on Collection: Depending on the length of hire, we will collect the next day so that you will keep the supplied gazebo night; we will collect the gazebo the next day between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, and we’ll message you the evening before with a time window, you don’t even need to be in.
What about the weather: This is very rare, but if the weather turns to storms and the wind and rain pick up to extreme levels, we may, and I stress scarce have to take the gazebo down. We don’t want to ruin any one’s parties or weddings; we need to make sure it is safe to stay up; if we have any worries, we always let clients know ahead of time if we have any concerns about your kent based event during a storm.
