Alternatively, for a nominal setup fee of £20, we may set up your hot tub for you. This is entirely at your discretion.  We want to make hiring a hot tub as cost-effective as possible this is why we price it like this. We price it this way because we aim to make renting a hot tub as affordable as possible.

We do not require a deposit prior to delivery; but, by accepting our terms and conditions of hire and booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions of hire. You are responsible for up to the full replacement of the hot tub if damaged beyond repair.

We don’t hang around to wait for it to fill, so you’ll need a long hose for this. Filling up the hot tub might take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on your water supply. Make sure you just fill up to the line that says “minimum-maximum.”

The temperature can reach 40 degrees, but don’t worry, because all of them have adjustable temperature controls you cat set it to a temperature of you liking 

Yes, it does; however, an extension lead is not permitted. The hot tub comes with a 7-metre lead, which is typically sufficient, and if you have any concerns, we can assist you by providing you with a specialist extension lead.

All hot tub rental packages include a hot tub of your choice, a cover, and a 5-meter power cable (you can’t use an extension cable, so call us if you don’t have one). Chemicals required for the duration of the rental.

What is the cost of delivering the hot tub?

You get free delivery if you live in Medway or Maidstone, Kent. If you live outside of these areas, we’ve calculated a little delivery fee for you which you can see on the checkout page.

We don’t offer just a night hire typically due to the demand. If you are looking for just the one night, give our customer service team a call to see if we have availability.

The ground has to be flat for the hot tub to be placed on, which we will need a space of around 2.5 meters x 2.5 meters, a power socket within 7 meters of the hot tub. If you do not have a close power socket speak to us, and we will be able to help with your bookings requirements. We will also show you how to do the chemicals with the maintenance pack.

Depending on the package you selected, you went for the standard hot tub hire with our drop off and collect service. You will need to pack everything away for us to collect. If you went for the setup service, the hot tubs would need to be empty of water. And we will then dismantle anything that you hired from us, and this service is the most popular as the peace of mind a customer gets from knowing everything was set up correctly.
