We offer 2 hot tub hire choices, which are Tuesday to Wednesday hire and Friday To Sunday hire.
When it comes to renting a hot tub from us, we want you to get one of the most of any hire. So we setup the day before your starting hiring day and also we collect the day after. So how does this look?
Tuesday to Wednesday Hire: We will provide Monday so that the hot tub can be all warm and ready for Tuesday, then we will collect the hot tub on Thursday.
Friday to Sunday Hire: We will deliver Thursday to be all set up, prepared, and warm for Friday. Then we will collect Monday. So you will get the most out of the weekends.

We do not require a deposit prior to delivery; but, by accepting our terms and conditions of hire and booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions of hire. You are responsible for up to the full replacement of the hot tub if damaged beyond repair.
How Long Does On It Take On Average To Fill Up?
We do not stay to wait for it to be filled, so you will need a long hose to do this. Depending on your water supply and, on average, filling up the hot tub takes around 1 to 2 hours. Make sure you only fill up to the min-max line.
How Hot Does The Hot Tub Get?
The temperature goes up to 40 degrees, don’t worry, it can be cooler as all the come with adjustable temperature control.
Does The Hot Tub Need To Be Near A Plug?
Yes, it does; you can NOT use an extension lead. The hot tub comes with a 7-metre lead which is usually plenty, and if you are concerned about this at all, we will be able to help.

How much does it cost to deliver the hot tub?
If you live in Medway or Maidstone kent, then you get free delivery. If you live outside these areas, we have a small delivery charge calculated at the checkout.
What is needed to set up the hot tub?
The ground has to be flat for the hot tub to be placed on, which we will need a space of around 2.5 meters x 2.5 meters, a power socket within 7 meters of the hot tub. If you do not have a close power socket speak to us, and we will be able to help with your bookings requirements. We will also show you how to do the chemicals with the maintenance pack.
What is needed when you come to collect the hot tub hire?
Depending on the package you selected, you went for the standard hot tub hire with our drop off and collect service. You will need to pack everything away for us to collect. If you went for the setup service, the hot tubs would need to be empty of water. And we will then dismantle anything that you hired from us, and this service is the most popular as the peace of mind a customer gets from knowing everything was set up correctly.
Are There Any Restrictions On Where I Can Have My Hot Tub?
As long as you have adequate space for the hot tub, there are no restrictions on where you can have it installed, which is normally 2.5 meters x 2.5 meters, but check the hot tub you are hiring first. We can deliver and set up your hot tub almost anywhere in Tonbridge so that you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home!
