All Seasons Leisure Hire – Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a booking. By hiring equipment from All Seasons Leisure Hire, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellations with More Than 7 Days’ Notice

Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled hire date are eligible for a refund, less a £25 non-refundable administration fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

1.2 Cancellations Within 7 Days of Hire Date

Bookings cancelled within seven (7) days of the hire date are strictly non-refundable. However, at the Company’s sole discretion and subject to availability, a one-time rescheduling of the booking may be permitted at no additional cost.

2. Delivery and Setup Conditions

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is suitable for the installation and operation of the hired equipment. This includes:

  • A flat, level surface for safe placement.
  • Sufficient access, including a minimum width of [insert width] for equipment delivery.
  • A suitable electrical power source within 10 metres of the installation area.
  • An accessible water supply for hot tubs.

If, upon arrival, the delivery team determines that the site is unsuitable or inaccessible, All Seasons Leisure Hire reserves the right to cancel the hire. In such cases, the booking will not be refunded. At the Company’s discretion, the hire may be rescheduled.

3. Liability and Equipment Use

  • All Seasons Leisure Hire shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from misuse of equipment, including hot tubs, cinema systems, or electrical appliances.
  • We accept no responsibility for damage to property, including patios, gardens, decking, or any surface affected by water or equipment placement.
  • The hirer is responsible for preventing unauthorised access to the hot tub and for ensuring the cover is securely fastened when not in use. Locks are not guaranteed to prevent access.
  • During cold months, the heat pump must remain operational to prevent freezing. Any frost-related damage is the responsibility of the hirer.
  • The hirer assumes full responsibility for all hired items and is liable for the cost of repair or full replacement of any item damaged, lost, or rendered unusable.

4. Safety and Usage Guidelines

  • Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended occupancy for the hot tub.
  • Users must avoid prolonged exposure to high water temperatures. Water should not exceed 104°F (40°C). For young children, 37°C or lower is advised.
  • Always consult a medical professional before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, or any condition requiring medical care.
  • Alcohol and drug use while using the hot tub is discouraged. The Company is not liable for any harm resulting from impaired usage.
  • Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the equipment.
  • Jewellery, especially earrings, should not be worn in the hot tub to prevent damage.

5. Maintenance and Damage

  • Instructions and chemicals are provided to maintain water quality. Failure to follow these instructions may result in equipment malfunction, for which the hirer is liable.
  • A £40 call-out fee (plus travel) applies for issues caused by improper use, including blocked filters or dirty water.
  • Fake tan products must not be used before entering the hot tub. Any resulting damage is chargeable to the hirer.
  • The hot tub must remain covered while heating. The Company is not responsible if heating is delayed due to the tub being left uncovered.
  • The hot tub must be completely emptied by the time of collection. Failure to do so will incur a £40 service charge.

6. Force Majeure

All Seasons Leisure Hire shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, adverse weather conditions, power outages, pandemics, transport disruptions, or equipment failure. In such cases, the Company may offer to reschedule the hire or issue a credit note. No refunds shall be provided for cancellations resulting from Force Majeure events.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All Seasons Leisure Hire collects and processes personal data, including your name, contact details, and address, solely for the purpose of managing bookings and providing services. This information is not shared with third parties except where legally required. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

By confirming a booking, the hirer agrees to abide by all the above terms. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, legal action, or refusal of future service.
